Tracks seven and eight on Rihanna's "Rated R" album are two of her best records to date. "Fire Bomb" tells the painful story of a relationship gone sour where Ms. Fenty is the victim. She noted that she "wants to set you (him) on fire so that (I) she doesn't have to burn alone." The vocal performance truly grow on me and now I feel it's stunning.
"Rude Boy" was my instant favorite song on the album because Rihanna and Stargate produce magic together. Knowingly, the song went on to be a 5 week #1 smash on the Hot 100 and returned Rihanna to happier-themed music. With it's overly sexually lyrics, "Rude Boy" is my favorite song by the Bajan singer so far.
